A committed hotel
At Hotel Bersoca we work towards becoming an asset to the planet. We seek to highlight the value of our actions and the impact we have, and for this, we work closely with The Good Concierge (https://www.thegoodconcierge.com/) with the aim of achieving 360 sustainability.
We are also committed to reducing our carbon footprint, which is why at our hotel we use Solar Energy (https://uni001eu5.fusionsolar.huawei.com/pvmswebsite/nologin/assets/build/cloud.html#/kiosk?kk=g6nzGhEf837gnjbaOmHQc9qeplxOzxAd).
Furthermore, on our path to building a better world, we also carry out various charitable initiatives and collaborate with different entities.
Vicente Ferrer Foundation
This is an NGO that, since 1969, has been carrying out various actions related to the development of Anantapur (India). From Hotel Bersoca, we have sponsored a boy and a girl. We also use their postcards as Christmas greetings.
Padre Ricardo's Dining Room
Located in Castellón de la Plana, this soup kitchen is currently managed by the sisters of Padre Ricardo, and its history began almost four decades ago. It was the first in the city and, since its origins, has maintained uninterrupted service to this day.
From Hotel Bersoca, we collaborated for many years by making paella every Sunday at this soup kitchen, Vicente Bernat was in charge of it and, currently, we serve Christmas lunch every December 25th. The purpose of Comedor Padre Ricardo goes beyond feeding and providing clean clothes to the most needy; it also becomes a safe place for all these people.
Solidarity Room
Although this project is still under development, we are working on a new type of room in our establishment. The novelty lies in the fact that its entire billing will be allocated to Cáritas, with the aim of helping all those people who need it most in the context we find ourselves in.
